Consultation (Hair Extensions)

If you’ve made it this far more than likely you’re highly interested in getting a hair extension service. To fully understand what it is that you would like to achieve with your hair style each client is given a free consultation but limited to 20 minutes. During the consultation we will discuss the type of look you would like to achieve, the length, color, texture, style, and pricing. Phone calls are welcome but not suitable for an accurate quote. Out of state clients will have to send in pictures via email. Please utilize all the information available on the website it should provide you with a better understanding and then you will be ready to take your hair to Great lengths!

Consultation (Hair Services)

Regular hair services generally don’t require a consultation but sometimes are recommended when a client has very damaged hair or getting a chemical service such as a permanent straightening service or a color service.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure an appointment for ALL hair extension services. Deposits are neither non-refundable nor transferable. A deposit guarantees you an appointment time. Without a deposit you have NO appointment. Deposits can be made with debit, credit, cash, or money order. Regular hair service appointments may be made without a deposit.

Cancellations

EXTENSIONS- a 48 hour notice is required to cancel an extension appointment; if you cancel within the same day of your appointment you will automatically forfeit any deposits made. Properly canceled appointments will be allowed a grace period time of 2 weeks to reschedule. Out of town clients must reschedule within the week. Rebooking of out of town clients will be based on availability due to stylist travel schedule. *It is highly recommended to keep your appointment*.
HAIR CARE- a 24 hour notice is required to cancel any other appointments. There will be a $20 fee applied to your next service of ANY improperly canceled appointments.
